Bluff Bucks Outfitters ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit bluffbucks.net, contact us, or book a hunt, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information You Give Us

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you send.
• Phone and email: whatever you choose to share when you call or write to us.
• Booking a hunt: your contact details, hunt dates and package, and deposit and payment records. Before your hunt we also ask you to complete a questionnaire covering dietary needs, health, hunting experience and an emergency contact, and to sign an Acknowledgment of Risk form.

Information Collected Automatically

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. You can learn how Google handles this data at policies.google.com or opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Security and performance: our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to protect the site from abuse and keep it fast. Our hosting provider may set a cookie used only to route your visit to the right server.
• Server logs: like most websites, our server records basic request details (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit) for security and troubleshooting.

Third-Party Content

Our Contact page includes an embedded Google Map, and our pages load styling and scripts from the jsDelivr content network. These services may receive your IP address and browser information when the page loads, and Google may set its own cookies. Their use of that data is governed by their own privacy policies.

How We Use Your Information

• To answer your questions and check hunt availability
• To book, plan and run your hunt, including meals, lodging and your safety while you are with us
• To process deposits and payments and keep business and tax records
• To improve our website and understand which pages are useful

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

When We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run our business: with service providers who help operate our website, email and payments; with emergency or medical responders if your safety requires it; and with authorities when required by law, such as wildlife regulations or a legal request.

How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry messages as long as needed to respond and follow up. Booking records and signed forms are kept as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes. Health and emergency information from your questionnaire is used only for your hunt and is not kept longer than necessary.

Your Choices

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work without them.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state's law. We will honor those requests as required.

Security

Our site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers through our contact form or by email.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. Information about youth hunters is collected only from a parent or guardian when booking.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
